JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Villagatan is an LSS housing facility, with five apartments for care recipients, staffed with personnel around the clock. The facility is centrally located in Ljungby, providing proximity to community services and activities.

With us, we work to create a safe, meaningful, and predictable everyday life for the residents. Our working method is educational, coaching, and motivating, focusing on strengthening the individual's independence and quality of life. As a care assistant in the facility, you are an important part of this work and contribute with both care and engagement. Close care work is a natural part of the position.

Your responsibilities:

• Work according to implementation plans and document according to applicable routines.
• Collaborate with colleagues, relatives, and other professionals to create a holistic and secure environment.
• Contribute with structure, solution focus, and a positive attitude in everyday life.

Work hours vary between day, evening, and weekend shifts as well as on-call duties.

QUALIFICATIONS

Do you want to work with people and make a real difference in their daily lives?

We are looking for you who are a trained care assistant, preferably with a focus on disabilities. It is an advantage if you have experience in LSS.

You who apply are empathetic, calm, and structured, while also being pedagogical, conscientious, and flexible. You thrive in an orderly environment and have the ability to create security for others. You are accustomed to routine-based work, solution-focused, and collaborate well with colleagues.

For the position, you need to master Swedish well in both spoken and written form and have a B driver's license for manual transmission.
